everything’s coming up Milhouse!

What can I say, I’m the luckiest girl on the planet. After coming clean with my parents (just to be honest with them, not expecting anything), we have worked out an arrangement where I’m paying my dad back. Granted, I’m paying him back about 15 years :-/ but I’m not going to affect my credit rating or having to pay huge sums monthly. We’re also paying off the remaining amount on my band!!! Woot! I’m super excited about that. Might as well roll it in with the rest. And I’m doing it just in time; by doing it before I get to 35 remaining payments, I’m saving over $3,000.

So that is awesome! Job-wise, things are looking up too. I mentioned the full-time job offer in Guelph, and that is happening as long as the union approves (which my supervisor doesn’t see an issue with, it’s just the process that has to be followed). She’s already told my current supervisor she’s stealing me lol.

Also my transcript mentor told me today I’m ready to be on my own! This is awesome and a huge relief. It was really a pain having to work in extra time in my deadlines so she could proof everything. So hopefully I’ll be able to meet my deadlines better.

I’m still going to the interview tomorrow. You never know, right? Better safe than sorry.

So, now I just need to continue losing weight (um….or get back to that ) and find a man. Easy peasy! lol
