Ug. So I was about 15 minutes away from leaving for work (just finishing my hair, then going to pack my lunch and out the door) when work calls. They don’t need me to come in until noon. There goes another two hours of work. It must be really really slow. This sucks. Yes I am generally lazy by nature (maybe you wouldn’t know that by my workout schedule, but yes, I am!), but I just shelled out over $3000 for school, have car & personal training payments, and owe my mom rent. Ug. Going to be a tight month (great with my shopping trip coming up; oh well, Visa will love me).
So did anyone watch the premier of “V”? I thought it was pretty good. A friend was saying it was quite similar to the original, but I don’t have that great of a memory, I can’t remember back to the 80’s! Anyhow, I really am a sci-fi fan, so I enjoyed it.
Training tonight; I think it’s legs. My chest is still sore from Monday’s session; had to take a painkiller this morning. Gotta love it.
I always love it when people post food pictures and I want to do that more myself. Here is my snack last night:

Some seedless red grapes, strawberries, two Ryvita seseme rye crackers, and two Laughing Cow Light wedges. Much better than a big ol' bag of chips (I'm really trying to break that habit).
I would like to try to take more pics of my food, but feel a little ridiculous doing it in front of my parents, as they don't know I have a blog (or have been blogging since 2002!). I'll do what I can. Ignore my mother's ugly plate on my fuzzy leopard blanket; I know it's a great combination!! :-P

awww, SHOOT! I saw V listed on Sci Fi, but figured it was just the old ones. I probably would have watched it. Now I have to go back and see if I can find when they're replaying it.
Hey, about the magazine ... it takes 6-8 weeks to receive your first issue. When I signed up I think it took them just over a month and a half to get me my first issue. Don't worry, they'll come :)
I'm reserving judgment on "V." The story has some great potential. I thought the writing was a little weak, but it can take several episodes for everything to start to gel with a show.
Do you watch "Dollhouse?" The first few shows were really weak, but wow! has it gotten good!
